非自动衡器测量误差不确定度分析

摘要 本文介绍了准确度等级为M1等级的标准砝码检定装置,对中准确度等级工作用电子计价秤示值误差进行检定,建立了数学模型,分析了输入量测量误差不确定度的评定,从电子计价秤的测量重复性误差、电子计价秤四角偏载误差、电子计价秤电源电压稳定度引起的测量误差等几个方面对电子计价秤测量误差不确定度进行分析及评估,得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。 This paper introduced a standard weight verification device with accuracy grade M1.It tested the indica?tion error of electronic valuation scale for medium accuracy grade work,established a mathematical model,analysed the evaluation of the uncertainty of input measurement error,and from the measurement repeatability error of elec?tronic valuation scale and the quadrangular bias load error of electronic valuation scale.The uncertainty of the mea?surement error caused by the voltage stability of the power supply of the electronic valuation scale was analyzed and evaluated,and the composite uncertainty and the extended uncertainty were obtained.
