Objective To analyze the effect of procarterol, budesonide and albuterol combined atomized inhalation in the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods 94 children with pediatric asthma admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 47 cases in each group. In the control group, routine treatment was adopted, and intravenous drip was conducted with antibiotics and aminophylline. On this basis, the experimental group was treated with procarterol, budesonide and albuterol combined atomized inhalation. After the treatment, the clinical efficacy and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared to determine the treatment efect. Results The data showed that the treatment efficiency of the experimental group reached 95.7%,while that of the control group was 83.0%,χ^2=4.029,P=0.045,the diference was statistically signifcant. In terms of the four indicators of disappearance time of cough, disappearance time of wheezing, disappearance time of asthma and hospitalization time, the results of children in the experimental group were also better than those in the control group, with statistically signifcant diferences in data(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined atomized inhalation of procarterol, budesonide and albuterol has high treatment efficacy and significant safety, which can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of children.
