践行与思考临床医学5+3班主任工作

摘要 班主任是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。通过践行与思考班主任工作,直面本校临床医学5+3专业学位研究生思想上的困惑;直击家庭、学习、生活中的困难,发现当代学生时代性强、情绪容易波动、自我把控能力较差;成绩优异、学习能力强;个性突出,环境互动能力弱,集体意识不足;家庭环境差异大、支撑帮助不足;课程多、学习时间长、压力大,难以适应PBL教学、考试教学分离等新型教学模式;科研难,博士难以衔接;普遍存在对未来执业环境、收入的困惑等等种种问题。针对上述特点,笔者探讨了应对办法,思考如何做好班主任工作,如何践行班主任在医学生思想政治教育中的骨干作用。 As the instructor and leader of the college students in healthy growing,the teacher in charge is an important part of higher school teachers team.Through practicing and thinking the work of teacher in charge,facing with the ideological confusion,the difficulties of 5+3 graduate student in the family,study and life in the school,find the following characters,students in this era have epochal characters,easy mood swings and their self control ability is poor,their grades are good,learning ability is strong,personality is outstanding,environment interaction ability is weak and lack of collective consciousness,the family environment is diferent within students,most of the family is insufcient to support,facing with lots of disciplines,long learning time and huge pressure,they are hard adapting to the PBL teaching and the new examination-teaching separate mode,difcult in scientifc research,hard to advance to Dr.degree,confusion to the future working environment and income,etc.In view of the above characteristics,the author discussed how to tackle,thought about how to do a good job of the teacher in charge and how to practice the teacher in charge’s backbone role in medical students'ideological and political education.
