摘要
本文介绍了黑龙江省湿地基本概况,分析湿地建设存在的主要问题,提出了湿地建设目标、任务和内容,为黑龙江省湿地建设提供参考依据。
This article introduced wetland basic survey of Heilongjiang Province,analyzed wetland construction existing in the main questions,proposed the wetland construction goal,the duty and the content,which can provide the reference for the wetland construction in Heilongjiang Province.
