摘要
目的探讨分级分区分流管理对多发性创伤患者就诊时效性与并发症的影响。方法回顾性分析我院急诊科2016年12月至2018年12月收治的510例多发性创伤患者,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规就诊管理,研究组实施分级分区分流管理,比较两组患者就诊时效性、并发症发生率。结果研究组患者急诊等待、结果回执及专科医师访问时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多发性创伤患者应用分级分区分流管理,可有效提高患者急救时效性,减少并发症发生率,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of grading,partitioning and distributary management on timeliness and complications in patients with multiple trauma.Methods To retrospective analysis 510 cases of admitted patients with multiple trauma in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018.They was randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was routinely treated and the study group was implemented grading,partitioning and distributary management.The timeliness and complication rate of the two groups of patients were compared.Result The time of waiting emergency,time of waiting acknowledgement of receipt and access time of specialist doctor in study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of grading,partitioning and distributary management in patients with multiple trauma could effectively improve the timeliness of first aid and reduce the incidence of complications.It had clinical promotion value.
