摘要
目的探讨胃肠肿瘤患者采用早期个性化饮食护理,对改善其术后康复效果与癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2017年3月我院收治的胃肠肿瘤行根治性手术患者80例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予早期个性化饮食干预,比较两组患者术后康复效果,血清白蛋白、血清转铁蛋白、血清前白蛋白水平,癌因性疲乏程度。结果干预后,观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,术后排气时间、术后排便时间均早于对照组,术后血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白水平均高于对照组,躯体疲乏、情感疲乏、认知疲乏评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期个性化饮食干预能够促进胃肠肿瘤患者术后胃肠功能恢复,改善营养状况,降低癌因性疲乏程度,具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To explore the effect of early personalized diet care on patients with gastrointestinal cancer to improve their postoperative rehabilitation and cancer-related fatigue.Methods We selected 80 cases of patients with radical surgery for gastrointestinal tumors admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received routine nursing.On this basis,early personalized dietary intervention was given in the observation group,and the postoperative rehabilitation effects,serum albumin,serum transferrin,serum prealbumin levels,and cancer-related fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The postoperative exhaust time and postoperative defecation time were earlier than the control group.The postoperative serum albumin,transferrin and prealbumin levels were higher than the control group.Physical fatigue,emotional fatigue,and cognitive fatigue scores were lower than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early personalized dietary intervention can promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer,improve nutritional status,and reduce the degree of cancer-induced fatigue.It has certain reference value.
