氧气雾化吸入联合体外振动排痰对COPD患者病情严重程度、运动耐受性及生活质量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨氧气雾化吸入联合体外振动排痰对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者病情严重程度、运动耐受性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2017年12月于我院就诊的COPD患者104例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,两组给予同样的基础治疗,对照组在此基础上给予及氧气雾化吸入干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合体外振动排痰干预。分别于干预前与干预后2周比较两组患者日排痰量、呼吸困难程度、生活质量,干预后2周,比较两组患者运动耐受性。结果干预后2周,两组患者日排痰量均较干预前升高(P<0.05),呼吸困难程度、生活质量评分较干预前降低(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05);干预后2周,观察组运动耐受性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氧气雾化吸入联合体外振动排痰对COPD患者应用效果显著,可减轻其病情严重程度,改善生活质量,有利于提升运动耐受性。 Objective To explore the effect of oxygen atomization and inhalation combined with external vibration for fliminating phlegm on severity of illness,exercise tolerance and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods To select 104 cases of patients with COPD who were admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to December 2017 as a study object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The two groups were received the same basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was given the intervention of oxygen atomization inhalation,the observation group combined with the intervention of external vibration for fliminating phlegm on the basis of the control group.The daily fliminating phlegm volume,dyspnea,and quality of life of the two groups were compared at 2 weeks before and after intervention,and exercise tolerance was compared between the two groups at 2 weeks after intervention.Results At 2 weeks after intervention,the daily fliminating phlegm volume of the two groups was higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05).The dyspnea degree and quality of life score were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after the intervention.The exercise tolerance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen atomization and inhalation combined with external vibration for fliminating phlegm had significant effects on patients with COPD,which could reduce the severity of their disease,improve their quality of life,and improve exercise tolerance.
