摘要
目的探讨多学科康复团队模式用于冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的护理效果。方法选取本院2015年1月至2017年12月确诊为冠心病合并心力衰竭的住院患者108例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组采取多学科康复团队模式护理。比较两组患者干预前后心功能指标变化,12个月内患者生活质量评分和心血管不良事件发生率。结果研究组干预后在心室收缩末期直径、左心室舒张末期直径均低于对照组及干预前(P<0.05);研究组干预后左心室射血分数高于对照组及干预前(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后体力限制、社会限制、情绪、症状及生活质量量表总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心血管不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用多学科康复团队模式能够改善冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的心功能,提高生活质量,降低其发生心血管不良事件风险,预后效果更佳。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of multidisciplinary rehabilitation team model of nursing on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods To select 108 cases of admitted patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 as a study object.They were randomly divided into study group and control group by random number table method,and the control group was received routine nursing.The study group was adopted multidisciplinary rehabilitation team model of nursing.The changes of cardiac function indexes before and after intervention in the two groups were compared,and the quality of life scores and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events also were compared within 12 months.Results After the intervention,the ventricular end-systolic diameter and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the study group were lower than those of the control group and before the intervention(P<0.05),and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was higher than that of the control group and before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the study group's physical limitation,social restrictions,emotions,symptoms and quality of life scales were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary rehabilitation team model of nursing could improve the heart function of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,improve their quality of life,reduce the risk of cardiovascular adverse events,and have a better prognosis.
