摘要
在我国,泵站机组的自动化应用已经变得十分广泛了.尤其是对于一些大型泵站来讲,自动化的作用更是不可替代,因而自动化设备是泵站机组的一个关键部分.通过对泵站机组自动化设备的综合使用,我们将会获得一个执行力较强的机械设备.然而,泵站机组的故障问题,已经成为了影响泵站正常运行的重大问题.我们对于这个问题的处理结果,将直接影响到泵站日常运行和管理以及我国水资源调配的水平.在下文当中,我们将对泵站机组常见故障进行分析,并提出几个有效的处理方案.
in China,the automatic application of pump station unit has become very extensive.Especially for some large pumping stations,the role of automation is irreplaceable,so automation equipment is a key part of the pump station unit.Through the comprehensive use of the pump station unit automation equipment,we will get a mechanical equipment with strong execution.However,the pump station unit fault problem,has become a major problem affecting the normal operation of the pump station.The result of our treatment of this problem will directly affect the daily operation and management of pumping stations and the level of water resources allocation in China.In the following,we will analyze the common faults of the pump station unit,and put forward several effective solutions.
