摘要
本文阐述了硫化铜矿生物浸出的现状,主要从菌种的筛选、诱变育种、基因工程三个方面梳理了生物浸出硫化铜矿菌种的培育发展现状.
This paper describes the current status of bioleaching of copper sulfide ore.It mainly combs the cultivation methods of bacterial strains for bioleaching of copper sulfide ore from three aspects:strain screening,mutation breeding and genetic engineering.
