摘要
为探究氮肥对春大麦叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响,为优质高产大麦生产确定合理的施氮水平提供理论依据,本试验以甘啤4号,蒙啤3号、蒙啤5号、垦啤7号4个品种为材料,研究不同氮肥处理下内蒙古东部灌区春大麦灌浆期间叶片抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的动态变化.结果表明,随着施氮水平的升高,不同氮肥处理下各品种大麦叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性呈升高趋势,MDA含量呈下降趋势,且高氮处理(270kg?hm^-2)与不施氮处理间差异显著.表明适量增施氮肥有助于提高大麦灌浆期间叶片抗氧化酶活性并降低丙二醛含量.
The effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the antioxidant enzyme activities of spring barley leaves to provide a theoretical basis for determining reasonable nitrogen application levels for high-quality and high-yield barley production was determined.Dynamic changes in activities of SOD,POD,CAT and content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in leaves of spring barley during grain filling in eastern Inner Mongolia Irrigation District were monitored.Barley varieties included Ganpi No.4,Mengpi No.3,Mengpi No.5 and Kenpi No.7.With the increase of nitrogen application rate,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT increased under different nitrogen treatments while MDA content decreased.There were significant differences between high nitrogen treatment(270 kg·hm^-2)and non-nitrogen treatment indicating that the appropriate application of nitrogen fertilizer could improve the antioxidant enzyme activity and decrease the malondialdehyde content of barley during grain filling.
