摘要
马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论是大学生思想政治教育的根本理论,同时为新时代背景下高校大学生思想政治教育提供了更为广阔的视野和高度。医学院校思想政治教育的内涵包括医学生健康人文素养、医德、医风等诸多方面。为提高医学生思想政治教育质量,在实践中充分融入“全人、全面、全程、全时、全方位”的大健康人文理念,尊重学生的主体地位,促进学生的个性发展,构建医学生思想政治教育新机制,改进和探索医学生思想政治教育的内容和方式,对于加强和改进医学生思想政治教育,实现健康中国目标具有重要的作用。
Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings is the fundamental theory of ideological and political education for college students,and it also provides a broader perspective and height for ideological and political education for college students in the new era.The connotation of ideological and political education in medical colleges and universities includes medical students′healthy humanistic quality,medical ethics and conduct of medical workers.In order to improve the quality of medical students′ideological and political education,we should fully integrate the humanistic ideas of comprehensive health featured"whole person,all-round,whole-course,full-time and comprehensive"into practice,respect students′subject status and develop their personality,while constructing a new mechanism of ideological and political education for medical students,and improving as well as exploring the educational contents and methods,which may do much good to strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of medical students and achieving the goal of Healthy China.
