摘要
习近平在正定县工作期间,通过调查,他发现正定县党的思想、组织和作风不纯,其形成原因是一些党员干部党性不强,法纪意识缺乏,错误认识和官僚主义习气并存,没有来得及制定新的党内法规。结合党的建设经验,习近平强调要充分认识整顿正定党风的重要性,通过制定并实施系列规定等举措整顿党风。
Through investigation he made when working in Zhengding,Xi Jinping discovered that the thought,organization and style of the Party members in Zhengding County were far from integrity,and the reasons for these lied in that some Party members and cadres were spiritually weak,short of legal consciousness,their misunderstanding and bureaucratic habits coexisted,and some new regulations of the Party have not been drafted timely.In light of the Party′s construction experience,Xi Jinping stressed that it is necessary to fully understand the importance of rectifying the working style of the Party,and take measures like formulating and implementing series of regulations to rectify the working style of the Party.
