摘要
随着产品生命周期的缩短,企业竞争的加剧,物流企业不断扩展后内外部环境的多变性以及利益点的不一致等,使得供应链的整个流程结构变得复杂。物流管理每个环节都存在着不确定性,导致物流供应链的风险不断加大。文中通过对供应链管理知识的综合运用,着眼于产品质量、服务质量,引出物流公司供应链管理的内生风险。最后,针对物流公司供应链管理的内生风险,提出解决物流公司供应链风险的合理措施。
With the shortening of product life cycle,the intensification of enterprise competition,the changeability of internal and external environment and the inconsistency of profit points after the continuous expansion of logistics enterprises,the whole process structure of supply chain becomes complex.Uncertainty exists in every link of logistics management,which leads to the increasing risk of logistics supply chain.Through the comprehensive application of supply chain management knowledge,focusing on product quality and service quality,this paper leads to the endogenous risk of supply chain management in logistics companies.Finally,in view of the endogenous risk of supply chain management of logistics companies,this paper puts forward reasonable measures to solve the supply chain risk of logistics companies.
