摘要
免疫学是生物医学领域的前沿学科,免疫学实验教学是培养免疫学专业人才综合能力和创新能力的重要过程。但当前免疫学实验教学存在内容安排不合理、教学模式老旧等不足。针对这一现象进行了综合实验教学改革,详述了改革后免疫学综合实验的设计思路、实施方案、考核方式及其优势和创新点。以科研平台为支撑,以学生参与完整课题为思路,改进本科生实验教学模式,注重学生综合素质的提升以及科研思维的训练,改革后的免疫学综合实验取得了较好的教学效果。
Immunology is a frontier subject in the field of biomedicine.The experimental teaching of immunology is an important process to cultivate the comprehensive ability and innovative ability of immunology professionals.However,there are some shortcomings in immunology experimental teaching,such as unreasonable content arrangement and old teaching mode.In view of this phenomenon,the comprehensive experiment teaching reform was carried out.The design idea,implementation scheme,assessment method,advantages and innovation points of the immunology comprehensive experiment after the reform were described in detail.With the support of scientific research platform and the idea of students participating in a complete project,the reform of comprehensive experiment has achieved good teaching effects by promoting the teaching mode,improving students’comprehensive quality and training their scientific research thinking through the immunology comprehensive experiment.
