摘要
水利水电行业由于项目经济效益相对较差等原因,长期补偿移民安置方式推广难度较大,实践经验较少。为推进长期补偿安置方式在水利水电工程中的应用。以大藤峡水利枢纽长期补偿移民安置实施为例,立足水电站业主角度,从补偿资金计算、补偿资金来源、补偿资金动态调整、补偿资金兑付、补偿资金与项目概算调整等多个方面探讨长期补偿实践过程中面临的资金问题及分析。
The economic benefit of water conservancy and hydropower project is relatively poor,so it is difficult to promote the resettlement mode of long-term compensation and there is little practice experience.Datengxia Gorge Hydraulic Complex adopted long-term compensation resettlement mode,taking this practice as example,from the owner's point of view,the authors discuss the fund issues such as calculation of compensation fund,source of fund,dynamic adjustment of fund,payment,adjustment of compensation fund and project budget estimates.
