摘要
扩散角是影响泵站出水流态和出水流道水力性能的重要因素,是大型低扬程泵站设计的关键参数。以辽宁省海城市三岔河大型灌溉排水泵站为例,利用FLUENT软件,采用数值模拟的方法研究了扩散角对泵站出水流道的水力性能的影响,根据研究结论,建议低扬程泵站出水流道的平面扩散角取值应该在17°左右,立面扩散角取值应该在6°左右。
Diffusion angle is an important factor affecting the flow pattern and hydraulic performance of the outlet conduit of pump station, and is the key design parameter for a large-scale low-lift pump station. Taking the Sanchahe irrigation and drainage pump station in Haicheng City of Liaoning province as example, the effects of diffusion angle on the hydraulic performance of pump station outlet conduit was studied by numerical simulation method with the FLUENT software. According to the results of research, the recommended plane and vertical diffusion angles are approximately 17° and 6° for the outlet conduit of a low-lift pimp station.
