摘要
通过分析冶炼、锻造和热处理工艺及参数,提出整体与分段拔长相结合,并进行局部收孔的工艺方案,以满足高压釜筒体锻件的总体技术要求。最终经试制生产,验证了该工艺设计的合理性和可行性。
Through careful study and analysis of smelting,forging and heat treatment processes and parameters,the process scheme of combining integral and segmented drawing and narrowing holes locally has been put forward in order to meet the overall technical requirements of autoclave cylinder forgings.Finally,the rationality and feasibility of the process design have been verified by the trial production.
