摘要
糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒是因糖尿病神经病变及出汗减少引起的皮肤疾病,以皮肤瘙痒为主要特征,可从局部扩展至全身,容易因反复瘙痒抓挠造成皮肤破损,继发湿疹、皮炎、感染、色素沉着等情况,对患者造成了严重的生理和心理痛苦。糖尿病是一种终身性疾病,但患者需长期服药控制,因此如何做好糖尿性皮肤病瘙痒患者的护理具有重要意义。本文主要对糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒患者的护理方法进行综述,以期为此类患者护理干预的制定提供指导。
Diabetic pruritus is a skin disease caused by diabetic neuropathy and reduced sweating.With itching as its main character,it can extend from local area to whole body.Repeated itching and scratching can lead to skin damage,then eczema,dermatitis,infection,pigmentation and other conditions occur secondary,causing serious physical and psychological pain to patients.Diabetes mellitus is a lifelong disease,patients need long-term medication control,so how to do a good job in the care of patients with pruritus of diabetic skin diseases is meaningful.This article mainly summarizes the nursing methods to patients with diabetic pruritus,in order to provide guidance for the formulation of nursing intervention for such patients.
