摘要
文章把武术的健身功能比作“熊掌”,而其防身功能比作“鱼”。通过问卷调查、文献资料、专家访谈等方法对高校武术教学现状进行调查分析。研究发现:“鱼”和“熊掌”不可兼得。建议高校武术教学工作者应理清高校体育教学指导思想,把握好自己的工作范畴。授以“鱼”不如授之以“渔”。
This article compares the fitness function of Wushu to"bear's paw"and its defense function to"fish".Through questionnaires,literature,expert interviews and other methods,the present situation of Wushu teaching in colleges and universities is investigated and analyzed.The study found that we can not have"fish"and"bear's paw"both.It is suggested that Wushu teachers in colleges and universities should clarify the guiding ideology of physical education teaching and hold their work category.It's better to te ach fishing than to offer fish.
