摘要
使用预警应急指挥系统查看灾区资料时,要求多部门多渠道的信息量稳定无损、同步高效、及时便捷地显示传递,实时掌握灾难发生地的情况,才能做到最好的调度和救援。但是,后期接入信号的不确定数量较多,高质量、高分辨率信号在大屏幕上传送,不延时,不影响指挥决策的时效性和快捷直观的控制界面,需要系统极高的扩展性和同步性的保障。采用分布式显控信号处理技术,可以有效解决上述资料调取问题,文章通过探讨分布式显控信号处理系统的技术特点,阐述预警应急指挥系统中显控信号处理的重要方式,对应急指挥提供精准可靠的信息具有重要作用。
When viewing data about disaster areas with the help of early warning and emergency command system,it is asked that multi-department and multi-channel information should be stable and lossless while being transmitted and displayed correctly in no time.The best dispatch and rescue can be achieved only by grasping the real-time situation of the disaster location.However,there are many uncertainties in the number of access signals in the later stage.The system is required to have extremely high expansibility and synchronism to guarantee that high resolution ratio signals can be transmitted without delay,which keeps the time-effectiveness of decisions from being interfered with.Distributed display and control signal processing technology can effectively solve the problem of data acquisition.This articles discusses about technical features of the distributed display control signal processing technology and puts forward some important resolutions when dealing with displayed signals,which has great importance on offering accurate information to the early warning and emergency control system.
