摘要
老旧建筑存在消防设计不符合现行规范、消防设施不完善、消防无管理、设施长期未进行维护保养己基本瘫痪等的等问题,导致在火灾发生时,造成了巨大的生命财产损失。论文从老旧建筑的消防疏散设计、消火栓系统、自动灭火系统、自动报警系统、灭火器的配置改造设计要点进行探索分析。
There are many problems in old buildings,such as the fire protection design does not conform to the current norms,the fire fighting facilities are not perfect,the fire fighting is not managed,the facilities have not been maintained for a long time and have been basically paralyzed,resulting in huge loss of life and property.This paper explores and analyses the key points of fire evacuation design,hydrant system,automatic fire extinguishing system,automatic alarm system and fire extinguisher configuration transformation design of old buildings.
