C32摩擦焊机液压伺服系统模糊PID控制仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了保证摩擦焊机具有更好的抗干扰能力,并且可以焊接出高精度、高质量的焊接产品,以C32摩擦焊机液压伺服系统为基础,设计了模糊PID控制器,通过MATLAB对系统进行建模仿真,在输入阶跃信号和加入干扰的情况下,比较了常规PID和模糊PID的控制效果。结果表明常规PID和模糊PID都能很好地提高系统的性能指标,但模糊PID能实现控制系统的参数自整定,消除不确定因素对控制系统带来的误差大的问题,使系统的控制效果更优,提高了焊接产品的质量。 In order to ensure that the friction welder has better anti-interference ability,and weld high-precision,high-quality welding products,a fuzzy PID controller is designed based on the hydraulic servo system of C32 friction welding machine.And the system is modeled and simulated by MATLAB.The control effect of conventional PID and fuzzy PID is compared under the condition of input step signal and interference.The results show that the conventional PID and fuzzy PID can improve the performance index of the system well,but the fuzzy PID can realize the parameter self-tuning of the control system,which can eliminate the large error caused by the uncertain factors to the control system.The effect of the control system is better and the quality of the welded product is improved.
