摘要
为了探究双螺杆压缩机内部阴、阳螺杆转子在实际运转中的动力学性能,利用虚拟样机技术对某型号螺杆压缩机的工作情况进行动力学仿真研究。在SolidWorks中建立螺杆压缩机模型,借助ADAMS软件进行动力学特性分析,模拟螺杆压缩机真实运动状况。以阳转子为驱动源带动阴转子运动,得到阴转子在0.5 s内的速度、加速度曲线和阴、阳转子之间的啮合力曲线。结果发现阴、阳转子开始工作时有较大冲击,之后逐渐趋于平稳且与其预期理论计算结果相符,研究结果可为搭建真实螺杆压缩机样机提供参考。
In order to explore the dynamic performance of the inner screw rotors in the twin-screw compressor,the dynamic simulation of the actual working condition of a certain type of screw compressor was carried out by using virtual prototype technology.The screw compressor model was established in SolidWorks,and the dynamic characteristics of the screw compressor were simulated by the ADAMS software.The anode rotor is driven by the anode rotor,and the velocity and acceleration curves of the cathode rotor and the meshing force curve between the cathode and the anode are obtained.It is found that the anodes and cathodes have a large impact when they start working,and then gradually tend to get stable and consistent with its expected theoretical calculations,which provides a reference for building a prototype of a real screw compressor.
