摘要
为了促进我国农产品跨境电商的发展,分析了构建“跨境电商+农民专业合作社”模式的意义,提出了“跨境电商+农民专业合作社”运作框架,并对其线上线下协同机制、农民专业合作社与跨境电商平台协同机制、跨境电商平台与物流协同机制进行阐述,最后提出了促进“跨境电商+农民专业合作社”模式发展的四方面保障措施。
In order to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products in China,this paper analyses the significance of constructing the model of"cross-border e-commerce+farmers'professional cooperatives",puts forward the operational framework of"cross-border e-commerce+farmers'professional cooperatives",and expounds the online and offline coordination mechanism,the cooperation mechanism between farmers'professional cooperatives and cross-border e-commerce platform,the cross-border E platform and logistics coordination mechanism.Finally,four safeguard measures are put forward to promote the development of"cross-border e-commerce+farmers'professional cooperatives"model.
