特高盐油藏聚合物调驱剂筛选及油藏适应性评价 被引量:4

Screening of polymer flooding agents and evaluation of reservoir adaptability in ultra-high salt reservoirs

摘要 将模拟吐哈雁木西油田的注入水软化后,分别配制了3种抗盐聚合物溶液和一种弱凝胶溶液,利用黏度测试、流变测试、SEM和核磁共振成像等方法分析对比了它们的性能。实验结果表明,软化水配制聚合物熟化效果较好,剪切后黏度保留率较高。弱凝胶分子线团尺寸最小,分子链间缠结紧密,黏弹性优于聚合物溶液。弱凝胶溶液质量浓度为600~1 000 mg/L时,阻力系数和残余阻力系数适中,注入性和滞留特性良好,适用于雁木西油田矿场。弱凝胶溶液主要动用T2弛豫时间大于100 ms的大孔隙,驱油效率最高,采收率贡献最大,最终采收率增幅13.39百分点。岩心驱替过程中在入口处自始至终有部分残余油滞留,表明岩心存在端部效应。 Three kinds of salt-resistant polymer solutions and weak gels were prepared respectively by softening the injected water of Yanmuxi oilfield of Tuha.The properties were analyzed and compared by viscosity test,rheological test,SEM and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging.The experimental results show that the polymer prepared with softening water has better ripening effect and higher retention rate of viscosity after shearing.The cluster size of the weak gel molecules is the smallest and the viscoelasticity of the weak gel is better than that of the polymer solution because of the tight intermolecular entanglement.When the mass concentration of weak gel solution is 600-1 000 mg/L,the resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient are moderate,and the injection and retention characteristics are good,so it is suitable for the Yanmuxi oilfield.The weak gel solution mainly uses macropores with T2 greater than 100 ms,which has the highest oil displacement efficiency and the largest recovery factor,and the ultimate recovery rate is increased by 13.39 percent points.Some residual oil is retained at the entrance from the beginning to the end during core displacement,which indicates that the core has an end effect.
