齿型流道灌水器数值模拟计算域的优化分析 被引量:5

摘要 CFD数值模拟技术已在灌水器研发中被广泛应用。齿型流道是齿型流道灌水器设计的核心部位,而栅栏区和下游的蓄水槽常在数值建模时被忽略,数值模型的预测精度必然受到影响,因此对其影响程度进行了研究。针对同一齿型流道灌水器,建立了具有不同计算域的三种模型,在Fluent 14.5中进行数值模拟。通过分析最接近原型的灌水器模型的压强和速度云图,可找出不同区域的压强损失规律。通过对比三种模型的流量差异,可分析得出蓄水槽和栅栏区影响程度的差异。根据研究结果,优化计算几何域,重新建立模型。计算结果表明,优化后的几何模型不仅大幅度降低了运算量,还能保证模型具有很高预测精度。 The technology of CFD numerical simulation has been widely applied in the design of emitter.Tooth type flow channel is the core part in the design of emitter with tooth type flow channel,but the upstream palisade area and downstream storage tank are often neglected in numerical modeling,which is certain to affect the prediction precision of numerical model,thus this paper studies its exact influence on prediction.Three models with different computational domains were established for the same emitter with tooth type flow channel,and numerical simulation was carried out in Fluent 14.5.By analyzing the pressure and velocity cloud pictures of an emitter model closest to the prototype,the pressure loss rule in different regions can be found out.By comparing the difference of flow rate of the three models,the different effects of palisade area and storage tank can also be obtained.According to the research results,the geometric domain was optimized and the model was rebuilt.The calculation results show that the optimized geometric model not only reduces the computation greatly,but also guarantees the model with high prediction accuracy.
