摘要
介绍了某钢厂新增2250热轧高强平整机组概况及新型自动开卷装置的结构组成及功能原理,通过对各种工况自动开卷过程的模拟分析及主要构件的有限元受力分析,实现了自动开卷装置在热轧高强平整机组的应用。
This paper introduces the automatic uncoiler of the new 2250 high strength steel temper rolling for hot rolling,also simulates the automatic uncoil process and analyzes the main construction part by finite element methods.The application of the automatic uncoiler in the high strength steel temper rolling mill for hot rolling is realized for the first time.It has great promotion significance for engineering construction.
