摘要
以鞍钢集团矿业公司为研究对象,探讨了EBOM表采购管理决策系统的构建与实施,介绍了该系统构建与实施的背景、内涵,从建立物资采购价格管控部门、建立价格管理平台等方面阐述了其主要做法,从掌握市场行情以提供定价依据、紧跟市场变化以降低采购价格等方面讨论了取得的效果,指出在保证生产材料等相关物品质量的同时,该系统的构建与实施提高了企业自身经济效益,为企业长久健康运行打下了基础。
Taking Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation as the research object,this paper discusses the construction and implementation of EBOM purchasing management decision-making system,introduces the background and connotation of system construction and implementation,expounds its main practices from the aspects of establishing the department of material purchase price control and the platform of price management,and discusses the effect.It points out that the construction and implementation of this system improves the economic benefit of enterprises and lays a foundation for the long-term healthy operation of enterprises while ensuring the quality of production materials and other related goods.
