摘要
以风险管理理论为基础,运用层次分析法对S公司海外EPC总承包项目中存在的风险进行分析评估。分析结果得出合同风险在所有项目风险中对项目影响最大,达到0.156。其次是安全风险和经济风险,分别达到0.132和0.136。文中给出具体风险的应对措施和策略,在项目的执行过程中出现的合同风险、安全风险和经济风险应特别注意。
Based on the risk management theory,the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze and evaluate the risks existing in overseas EPC general contracting projects of S company.The result of the analysis is that the contract risk has the greatest impact on the project among all project risks,reaching 0.156.Secondly,the security risks and economic risks reaches 0.132 and 0.136 respectively.The countermeasures and strategies for each type of risk are given in the paper.Contractual risks,safety risks and economic risks arising during the implementation of the project should be paid special attention.
