七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉在小儿气管镜检术中的效果观察

摘要 目的:观察并分析七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼在小儿气管镜检术中的麻醉效果。方法:研究病例来源于本院收治的应用气管镜检术诊治的患儿,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取全身静脉麻醉,观察组采取七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉,比较两组的临床麻醉效果,分析各项检测指标的变化情况。结果:观察组的诱导时间、苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间均明显少于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中的收缩压、舒张压、心率、血氧饱和度与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼应用在小儿气管镜检术中,安全系数高、麻醉效果较好、体征平稳、术后复苏质量好。
