摘要
若高校不能适应社会的经济、人口结构和科学技术的急剧变化,将会面临严峻的挑战。高校管理者需与时俱进,更新管理思路,帮助学生应对未来的就业环境,与其单纯灌输知识,不如培养学生的创新能力,以合理的费用提供更好的学习环境。第四次工业革命、信息技术的发展等因素,加速了高等教育全球化进程,并促使高校向聚合共享型发展。本文在阐释聚合共享型高校概念的基础上,介绍了韩国东西大学所采取的一些改革措施。
Colleges and universities will face serious challenges if they cannot adapt to the rapid changes of economy,demographics and science and technology.The leaders of university need to keep pace with the times,update management mindsets,and help students cope with the future job market.Instead of simply cramming knowledge,they should cultivate students innovative ability and provide them with a better learning environment at a reasonable cost.The fourth industrial revolution,the development of information technology and other factors accelerate the process of globalized higher education and promote universities towards gathering-and-sharing development.Based on illustrating the concept of intelligence gathering-and-sharing universities,this paper introduces some reform measures taken by Dongseo University in Korea.
