摘要
目的对甲状腺癌围术期患者的信息需求管理水平及其相关因素进行分析和探讨。方法以抽样法挑选198例于2017年6月—2018年6月入住该院开展甲状腺癌治疗的围术期患者,并对其展开调查,选择运用的是一般资料和临床资料调查表、Mishel疾病不确定感量表、癌症患者信息选择问卷。结果此类患者的信息需求总分为(43.05±4.51)分,处于比较高的水平。多元回归分析表明,性别、接受教育程度、疾病不确定感3个因素会对甲状腺癌患者的信息需求水平产生影响(P<0.05)。结论此类患者的信息需求水平比较高,在现实的临床活动当中应当基于其在上述三项因素方面等各异性而给予不同的信息支持。
Objective To analyze and discuss the information demand level and related factors of perioperative period of patients with thyroid cancer. Methods A total of 198 patients with perioperative thyroid cancer who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected by sampling method.The general data and clinical data questionnaires,Mishel disease uncertainty scale, and cancer patient information selection questionnaire were used. Results The total information needs of these patients were(43.05±4.51)points,which was at a relatively high level.Multiple regression analysis showed that gender,education level,and disease uncertainty had an impact on the level of information needs of patients with thyroid cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of information needs of such patients is relatively high.In actual clinical activities,different information should be given based on the heterogeneity in the above three factors.
