摘要
目的研究分析运势护理对糖尿病患者康复的价值,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法2014年11月—2015年11月该院对糖尿病患者98例开展了分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,均有49例,对照组使用常规护理方式,观察组增加了联合饮食护理,对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果患者接受护理干预之前,两组的血糖水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过护理之后,观察组患者的餐后2 h和空腹血糖水平比对照组第,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的遵医嘱行为评分比对照组高,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者接受饮食护理能够对患者的血糖水平进行调控,临床中效果理想,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the value of diet nursing for the rehabilitation of diabetic patients, and to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods From November 2014 to November 2015, we conducted an analysis of 98 patients with diabetes. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases each. The control group used routine nursing method, and the observation group increased the joint dietary care, a comparative analysis of the clinical effects of the two groups. Results Before the patients received nursing intervention, there was no statistical difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After the nursing, the patients in the observation group had 2 hours postprandial and fasting blood glucose levels compared with the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dietary care for diabetic patients can regulate the blood glucose level of patients, and the clinical effect is ideal and worthy of promotion.
