摘要
目的对陕南红军之乡—西乡县骆家坝镇村民开展夏季养生健康教育,根据民众对夏季养生知识的理解、认知,探讨夏季健康教育适宜的方法,以总结推广。方法根据夏季养生健康教育内容,设计健康养生教育活动满意度问卷表、夏季养生知识认知问卷表及评定标准。结果该镇民众对这次健康养生活动满意、肯定;从认知看,养生知识点均已达合格标准,但有少数人尚未掌握,有一定差距。结论该镇民众对此次健康教育活动满意,期盼再次开展这种健康养生活动意愿高达97.82%。今后,这种健康养生活动要持续开展,要强调养生的生活化、顺时养生,引导民众养成良好的起居作息时间,做到夏季晚睡早起,引导民众夏季选择益心食物,调理情绪,保持良好心境,保护心脏,平安度过炎夏。
Objective The author made a survey of preserving health education in summer in a town named Luojiaba, one of the Red Army's hometown, in Xixiang county South of Shaanxi Province. According to the town people's understanding of summer health knowledge and cognitive, the author explored the summer suitable health education method to summarize and then promote. Methods According to the summer health education content, the author designed a satisfaction questionnaire on healthy education activities, a questionnaire on the knowledge of keeping health in summer, and an evaluation criterion. Results The result showed that the town people are satisfied with the healthy activity and the cognitive of health knowledge have been up to standard, although there are still a few people have not yet mastered. Conclusion As much as 97.82% of town people are satisfied with the health education activities and looking forward to carry out the next health preservation activities soon. The activity emphasizes preserving health in daily life, complying with the laws of nature and guides people to develop good daily life work and rest time, to choose good food and to maintain good state of mind and protect the heart during the hot summer.
