摘要
在当前“医改”的背景下,医院自身的党建与思想政治工作受到了多重因素的威胁与挑战。原先的工作方式、方法已不适用于新时期的医院发展需求。因此,医院相关的工作人员应及时根据时代的发展与医院自身的发展目标转换自身的工作方式与方法,推动医院党建与思想政治工作的展开。
Under the background of current medical reform,the Party building and ideological and political work of hospitals have been threatened and challenged by many factors.The original working methods are not applicable to the development of hospitals in the new era.Therefore,In order to promote the development of Party building and ideological and political work in the hospital,hospital staff should change their working methods in time according to the development of the times and goals of the hospital.
