摘要
陈信义教授通过多年临床实践,提出了在恶性肿瘤,尤其是进展期肿瘤、老年肿瘤、难治肿瘤以及耐药肿瘤的中西医结合的“咖啡加伴侣模式”,高度体现中西医结合生物医学治疗模式。其关键内容是找准定位,发挥特长,优势互补,取长补短,以解决疾病或相关治疗中患者所表现的痛苦问题,提高中晚期肿瘤患者生活质量和生存期。进一步提高治疗恶性肿瘤,特别是进展期肿瘤、老年肿瘤、耐药肿瘤的临床疗效。
Through the clinical practices for years,professor Chen Xin-yi proposed the“coffee plus coffee mate”mode in treatment of malignant tumor with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,especially for progressive,senile,refractory and drug-resistant tumors.Such treatment mode highly embodies the biomedical treatment mode of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The content of this therapeutic mode includes detecting accurately the focus,displaying fully the advantages and complementing each other so as to deal with the sufferings of disease or during treatment and improve the quality of life and survival span of the patients with cancer at middle or late stage.Such therapeutic mode improves the clinical effect on malignant tumor,especially for for progressive,senile,refractory and drug-resistant tumors.
