摘要
本文通过金宝电子推行6西格玛的成功实践指出6西格玛并不单纯是一种品管方法,它代表一种绩效目标,也是一种品质改善的观念。
This paper, with the successful practice of 6 б by Compower Elec tronies as an example, points out that 6 б is not only a method for quality managemet. It also represent a kind performance objective, and an concept of quality improvement.
