摘要
通过对氨基苯磺酸、苯酚、甲醛三元单体的共缩聚反应,成功合成了氨基磺酸系高效减水剂,分析了反应体系的单体的配比、酸碱度、反应温度以及反应时间对产品结构及分散性能的影响。并且比较了氨基磺酸系高效减水剂与萘系高效减水剂的性能。
Aminosulfonic acid series of HRWRA was synthesized through copolycondensation of paminobenzene sulfonic acid, phenol and formaldehyde. Influence of mol ratio of monomers, acidity and alkalinity in the reaction system, reaction temperature and time on structure and dispersion of the product was investigated. Effects of sulfonic acid series and naphthalene series was compared.
