摘要
在自制的自约束型热疲劳试验机上对化学镀Co-P合金镀层进行了600℃20℃热疲劳试验,观察了热疲劳裂纹在镀层上萌生、扩展的全过程,对镀层在热疲劳过程中的某些特性作了初步探讨。
The 20 600℃ thermal fatigue tests of electroless Co-P alloy coating were made by using self-made and self-strained fatigue testing machines. Thermal fatigue crack initiation and propagation and some other behaviours of electroless Co-P alloy plating were studied.
