摘要
利用 1961～ 2 0 0 0年 6～ 9月淇、卫河流域降水资料 ,采用单元综合评判法确定流域暴雨日 ,并对暴雨日进行分型 ,确定暴雨预报天气学指标 。
Using the rain data from June to September of Qi-Wei River in 40 years(1961～2000), Adopt unit judge law determine basin torrential rain day, go on person who divide day to torrential rain synthetically, Sum up and publish torrential rain the indexes of prediction from synoptic meteorology principle and set up torrential rain prediction flow.
