核磁共振技术全面评价肺动脉

摘要 合并肺动脉发育异常的先天性心脏病相当多见,临床上需要明确肺动脉解剖及血流动力学情况以决定进一步处理。核磁共振技术可以测量较远端的肺动脉,而且可以测量血液动力学指标如流速、流率及血管壁应力等以及肺动脉瓣膜的反流情况。核磁共振枝术的快速发展有助于对肺动脉情况作出较全面准确的评价。
