摘要
罗汉果(Siraitia grosvenorii)是中国特有的经济、药用植物。本研究基于EST序列,筛选出27对具有多态性的SSR引物,并对1个野生罗汉果种群21个样品进行多样性检测,所有位点均具有多态性,等位基因数从2至11,观测杂合度从0.095至0.994,期望杂合度从0.092至0.889,这些微卫星引物可用于罗汉果遗传多样性分析及辅助育种。
Siraitia grosvenorii is a s pecial economical and medicinal plant in China. Based on EST sequences,twenty-seven primer pairs with polymorphic for S. grosvenorii were screened, and the markers were tested on one wild population of S. grosvenorii in this study, which showed that all of these loci were polymorphic. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 11. The observed heterozygosities ranged from 0.095 to 0.994, and the expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.092 to 0.889 respectively. These EST-SSR primers could be applied in facilitating the breeding programs of S. grosvenorii.
