曼地亚红豆杉营养液栽培技术初探 被引量:1

摘要 营养液栽培简称水培,以其管理简便、适应性强等特点,逐渐受到人们的青睐。本研究以曼地亚红豆杉(Taxus media)为材料,以精氧(Na_2H_2O_2)、氯化钙(CaCl_2)、γ-氨基丁酸(C_4H_9NO_2)、水杨酸(C_7H_6O_3)为外源添加物,进行了营养液配方筛选和低氧胁迫研究。结果表明:水培曼地亚红豆杉的最佳营养液配方为四水硝酸钙(Ca(NO_3)_2·4H_2O)590 mg/L+七水硫酸镁(MgSO4·7H_2O)346.5 mg/L+硝酸钾(KNO_3)253 mg/L+磷酸二氢钾(KH_2PO_4)68 mg/L+微量元素,植株新梢比对照增长0.832 cm,新根数为16.21根,新根平均长度为30.49 mm,分别比对照增加12.54%和6.88%。黄叶数为1.3片、烂根数为7.2根,成活率达93.3%。外源添加物对曼地亚红豆杉抵抗低氧胁迫有一定作用,其中以精氧的效果最佳,植株平均增长1.36 cm,60 d死亡率仅20%。 Nutrient solution culture, referred as hydroponic, is gradually favored by the modern city for its easy cultivation and environmental adaptability. In this study, we used Taxus media as material, Na_2H_2O_2、CaCl_2、γ-C_4H_9NO_2、and C_7H_6O_3 as additives to screen out the nutrient solution formula and analyze its reaction to hypoxia stress. The results showed that the best solution formula for hydroponic Taxus media should contain Ca(NO_3)_2·4H_2O 590 mg/L, MgSO_4·7H_2O 346.5 mg/L, KNO_3 253 mg/L, KH_2PO_4 68 mg/L and some microelement. The shoot growth length had increased by 0.832 cm, the average number of new roots was 16.21 and the average length of new roots was 30.49 mm, which had increased by 12.54% and 6.88%, respectively.The average number of yellow leaves and rotten root were 1.3 and 7.2, respectively, with the survival rate of 93.3%. The additives had certain effect on Taxus media against hypoxia stress, of which Na_2H_2O_2 showed the best effect-the length of plants had increased by 1.36 cm averagely and the death rate was 20% after 60 days' culture.
