摘要
本文介绍了八十年代国外棉纺并条机高速化的新动向。作者通过剖析后指出,改善棉网集束过程、降低机器噪声、加强对产品质量的自动监控和提高机器效率等是保证并条机速度和单产持续提高的主要条件。文章还就国产并条机可以从中得到的借鉴作了探讨。
The trend is described of high speed drawing frame in the 1980's. Based on a complete theoreti-cal analysis, the author points out that the most important factors for steadily increasing deliveryspeed and production of drawing frame are as follows: 1. improving the condensing process ofcotton web emerging from roller; 2. reducing the noise of drawing frame; 3. using automatic controlto monitor product quality: 4. raising the efficiency of machine. This paper also discusses whetherthe experience of foreign country may be used by the home-made drawing frame for reference.
