腐植酸基石墨烯微片的制备与结构表征 被引量:2

Preparation and Structure Characterization of Graphene Nanoplatelets based on Humic Acid

摘要 以煤基腐植酸为碳源,以乙酸钙为促进剂,通过低温还原芳烃化和高温真空炭化工艺制备了石墨烯微片,采用红外光谱、拉曼光谱分析手段探讨了保温温度、保温时间和物料配比对石墨烯微片中间产物结构的影响,确定了最佳制备工艺条件,并对其进行了X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜表征分析。研究结果表明,石墨烯微片最佳制备工艺为腐植酸与乙酸钙质量比1∶2,氮气气氛,升温速率2℃/min,保温温度450℃,保温时间4 h,700℃高温真空炭化。所制备的腐植酸基石墨烯微片为具有高晶体结构的多层石墨片层堆叠而成,结构中含有少量羟基基团。 Graphene nanoplatelets(GNPs)have been prepared by using the leonardite-based humic acid(HA)as carbon source and calcium acetate as accelerator through low-temperature reduction of arylation and high-temperature vacuum carbonation.The influence factors of holding temperature,holding time and material ratio on the structure of graphene nanoplatelets intermediate have been investigated by infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy to determine optimum process conditions.The graphene nanoplatelets has been analyzed by X ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscope.The results show that the optimal condition for preparing graphene nanoplatelets precursor is mass ratio HA∶calcium acetate=1∶2,nitrogen atmosphere,2℃/min,450℃,4 h and high temperature vacuum carbonation at 700℃.Humic acid-based graphene nanoplatelets is made up of multilayer graphite sheets that which has high crystalline structure with small amount of hydroxyl groups.
