摘要
为了降低纯棉精梳纱条干CV_b值,从原料选配及纺纱各工序分析其影响因素,通过试验数据对比重点阐述细纱工序的摇架加压、胶辊扭斜、胶圈使用时间等对细纱条干CV_b值的影响,并针对性提出控制措施。指出:应重点做好细纱牵伸区工艺,保证各牵伸元件工作状态以及温湿度,注重原棉品质和配棉工艺,加强堆排包管理以保证原料性能稳定一致,加强清梳联主辅机管理以提高清梳联开松、除杂、混合、梳理效果,严格控制精梳眼差以提高整体清除效率,充分发挥并条的自调匀整作用以提高条子的混合伸直效果,控制粗纱伸长、粗纱条干CV值及粗纱条干CV_b值,可有效降低纯棉精梳纱条干CV_b值,提高精梳纱条干水平,进一步提高布面质量。
In order to reduce evenness CV_b value of pure cotton combed yarn,the influence factors of evenness CV_b value from raw material selection to spinning process are analyzed,and the effects of cradle pressure,cot skewing,and service life of apron on yarn evenness CV_b value in spinning process are expounded in focus by comparing the test data,and the corresponding control measures are put forward.It is pointed out that technology in spinning draft zone should be well controlled,working state and humiture of each drafting element should be guaranteed,cotton quality and cotton assorting process should not be neglected,the management of stacking package should be strengthened to ensure the stable and consistent performance of raw materials,the management of main and auxiliary machine in blowing-carding process should be strengthened to improve opening,removing impurities,mixing and carding effect.Something must be done to strictly control the eye difference of the combing effect to improve the overall removal efficiency,and gave full play to the self-leveling effect of the doubling to improve the sliver’s mixing stretching effect,and control roving elongation,evenness CV value and evenness CV_b value.Through the above measures,the evenness CV_b value of cotton combed yarn can be effectively reduced to improve the level of combed yarn and the fabric quality.
