摘要
为实现单根连续碳纤维的链式缝合锁扣,避免碳纤维缝线在缝料底部过多摩擦而产生毛羽或断裂问题,结合自主研制的C/C复合材料预制体缝合装置,设计出由盘形凸轮和圆柱形凸轮共同控制用的锁扣机构,并配合缝合装置进行C/C复合材料预制体缝合锁扣试验验证。指出:缝合装置凸轮锁扣机构可在同一旋转主轴上的两凸轮控制下实现钩针小范围摆动和移动,完成链式缝合锁扣;该机构控制精度高,工作可靠,结构紧凑,极大地减小碳纤维缝线的摩擦长度,确保缝线不产生损伤,满足工艺要求。
In order to achieve a single continuous carbon fiber chain stitching lock,to avoid the phenomenon of hairiness or breakage of the carbon fiber stitching at the bottom of the sewing material due to excessive friction,combined with the self-developed C/C composite prefabricated body stitching device,the disk is designed.The locking mechanism jointly controlled by the cam and the cylindrical cam combined with the stitching device to verify the stitching lock of the C/C composite prefabricated body.It is pointed out that under the control of the two cams on the same rotating shaft,the cam locking mechanism of the stitching device can realize the small range swinging and moving of the hook needle,complete the chain sewing lock,high control precision,reliable work,compact structure and greatly reduced the friction length of the small carbon fiber stitching ensures that the stitching does not cause damage and meets the process requirements.
