摘要
为了提高细纱质量,消除细纱机械波,减少布面疵点,以FA506型细纱机为例,重点分析细纱前罗拉机械波、胶辊机械波和传动系统机械波3种常见的机械波成因及控制方法。指出:机械波是设备周期性运动时机械零部件或器材专件等存在缺陷所致,生产过程中应通过规律性取样确认问题所在,具体问题具体分析,以减少甚至消除因纺纱设备、器材专件等造成的周期性机械波,保证成纱质量的稳定性。
In order to improve the quality of spinning yarn,eliminate the mechanical wave and reduce fabric defects,taking spinning frame FA506 as an example,analysis is done to the causes and control methods of three common mechanical waves including front roller mechanical waves,cots mechanical waves and transmission system mechanical waves.It is pointed out that the mechanical waves are caused by the defects of mechanical parts or accessories and special parts when the spinning frame works periodically.In the production process,the problem should be identified by regular sampling,and the concrete problems should be specific analyzed,which can reduce or even eliminate the periodic mechanical waves caused by spinning frame,accessories and special parts,and ensure the consistency of yarn quality.
