摘要
近年来,利用经编、圆纬编和横编技术形成的针织物在医疗卫生、环境保护、交通运输、航空航天、新能源等方面取得了明显改进。本文概述了针织技术及其在产业用纺织品领域的主要应用,并简要对国内外的针织装备进行了比较,重点介绍了轴向技术、结构增强技术和全成形技术在产业用领域的应用与研究开发现状。此外,探讨了针织原料在产业用纺织品领域的开发趋势,原料的普遍适应性和针织装备的高效生产,为产业用领域的材料的广泛应用提供了更广阔的解决方案。
Recently, the application of knitted fabrics including warp-knitted, circular-knitted and flat-knitted fabrics in medical & hygiene, environmental protection, transportation, aviation & aerospace and new energy fields has made remarkable progress. This article briefly introduced knitting technologies and their application in technical textiles and made a comparison on knitting equipment at home and abroad. The application, research and development of axial structure technology, reinforced structure technology and fully-fashioned technology were highlighted. Moreover, the developing trends of knitting materials were also discussed. The wide adaptability of raw materials and the high-efficient production of knitting equipment provide extensive solutions for widespread use of technical textiles.
